Spirit Flavouring | Still Spirits | Pineapple Rum

A rum style flavouring, vibrant and tropical, with a blend of tangy pineapple and warming spice notes.  Combine this with sugar and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Shake well and add contents to 180 g (6.35 oz) of sugar and top up to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) 
bottles. Vary sugar to taste.

To enhance the flavour and add sweetness it is recommended to dilute down to 35% using sugar syrup, all you need is 1 cup (250ml) of water and 1 cup (250ml) of Manufacturers White Sugar:

  1.    Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat
  2.    Bring to a boil until all the sugar has dissolved
  3.    Allow to cool
  4.    Alternative you can use your favourite Archibald's Honey or Maple Syrup

Mixing Instructions:

  • Shake well before use.
  • Combine Peanut Butter Whiskey flavouring with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka
  • Add sugar syrup to desired ABV% or sweetness. 
  • Can flavour up to 1.125 L (38 US fl oz) spirit.
  • Mix and shake well.

Each bottle contains 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz). Made in New Zealand.
