BSY-A009 Edinburgh Bluestone Yeast

The Edinburgh is perfect for Scotch-style beers such as ales or barleywines.  It is a neutral strain at lower temperatures. An increase in temperature will produce esters with pear and melon that work with complementary hops and malts.

This classic strain is perfect for brewing a traditional Scottish Ale, a rich and malty Wee Heavy, or really any other ale style you want to throw its way.
